Nesrine Changuel is an experienced product coach and trainer with over a decade of experience building globally used and loved products such as Skype, Spotify, Google Meet, and Chrome. She is the author of the Product Delight book and she is globally known for her focus on emotional connection and user delight. With a background in research and a PhD from Bell Labs in collaboration with UCLA, she brings deep technical expertise to human-centered products. From pioneering video experiences at Skype to creating emotionally engaging features for Google Meet and Chrome, Nesrine has made it her mission to help teams build products users truly love. Today, she teaches, speaks, and trains companies around the world on how to create delightful, emotionally resonant products. She lives in Paris.
