Mikkel Noe-Nygaard & Luxshan Ratnaravi

If we want our agile transformations to be truly successful and their effects everlasting, we must embrace the crazy, shocking and unexpected moments that occur when agile meets reality. These moments are learning opportunities, so instead of hiding them under the rug, we should talk about them, laugh at them and, most importantly, learn from them.

Through their globally popular comic strip, Comic Agilé, Luxshan Ratnaravi and Mikkel Noe-Nygaard, have articulated and visualized how reality takes its unforgiving ax and slashes away on agile’s good intentions and ambitions, leaving the organization bloody, with a rotten smell of superficial agility, frustrated customers and demotivated employees. In this entertaining and educating talk, Luxshan and Mikkel will walk the audience through the craziest misunderstandings and stupidest anti-patterns that happen when agile meets reality, and provide them with sound advice on how to manage, or even avoid, these tragicomical situations. All this through their continuously evolving comic strip, which now has more than 40,000 global followers on LinkedIn, 5,000 books sold, and two new strips published every week.
