Every agile method has at its core a belief that development teams need a prioritized list of work items. But prioritization is really hard! We are overwhelmed with opportunities and good ideas! In this talk I will present three Innovation Games that can be used by Product Owners, Product Managers, and Solution Managers to prioritize their work. As a bonus, I will show how a strategic understanding of SAFe® roadmaps can further assist product leaders in creating effective priorities.
